In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the elsa78 website accessible at https://elsa78.asia, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and any associated applications.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to elsa78 and its operating entity, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "You", "User", "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Member on the Platform, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any eligible bonus credits separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or non-cash reward credited to an Account as part of an elsa78 promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and document verification procedures elsa78 is required to conduct under internationally recognised anti-money-laundering frameworks.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or by elsa78's own policies.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted and displayed on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by elsa78 for all operational, promotional, and support-hours references.

Access to and use of the elsa78 Platform is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. elsa78 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesia market. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these terms.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any local law applicable to your specific location or circumstances.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
4. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an elsa78 employee or of any game studio or software provider supplying content to the Platform, unless express written permission has been granted by elsa78 management.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order, either placed directly through elsa78's responsible gaming tools or via an external gambling self-exclusion programme recognised by elsa78.

To access betting and gaming services on elsa78, you must create a registered Account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• Single Account Rule: Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, a different device, a shared IP address, or linked payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address and mobile number. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may be suspended.
• No Corporate or Third-Party Accounts: Accounts must be registered and used in the name of the real beneficial owner. Registering on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to fund or operate your Account, is prohibited.

All financial transactions on elsa78 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). elsa78 does not accept foreign currencies directly; any conversion that occurs is handled at the payment processor level before funds are received by elsa78.

Accepted Deposit Methods: elsa78 currently supports deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP bank transfers, as well as the following e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of a confirmed bank or e-wallet transaction. elsa78 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider, including maintenance windows, public holidays, or network disruptions.

Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check before processing. elsa78 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may be delayed if:

• Your Account has not completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the daily limit applicable to your Account tier;
• A fraud or security review flag has been raised on the Account;
• The withdrawal is the first to a new bank account or e-wallet that has not been previously verified;
• An active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement is attached to your real-money balance.

Withdrawal Method Matching: For anti-money-laundering compliance, elsa78 requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been approved by the elsa78 compliance team.

• Eligible Games and Markets: Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions vary. Contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within a specified period from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only.
• Abuse and Exploitation: elsa78 reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Member has exploited a bonus or promotion — including through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting, or systematic abuse of free-bet offers.
• Promotional Changes: elsa78 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Members who have already opted in to a promotion and begun wagering will be allowed to complete the promotion under the original terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the elsa78 Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual sports, capsa susun card games) are published separately within the relevant product sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: elsa78 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet or wager at its absolute discretion, including bets that exceed published stake limits or that are placed on suspended markets.
• Odds and Pricing: Odds on the sportsbook are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. • Live Betting: In-play and live betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key game events (goals, red cards, timeouts). elsa78 does not guarantee continuous market availability during live events.
• RNG Games: Slot and virtual games on elsa78 use certified random number generators (RNG). elsa78 operates on a provably fair model, and game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit information asymmetry, or place bets linked to match-fixing activity is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

During self-exclusion, the Member's Account is locked, marketing communications are suspended, and the Member is blocked from registering a new Account.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include:

• All data is transmitted over 256-bit TLS-encrypted connections;
• elsa78 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Account data is retained for a minimum of five years following Account closure to satisfy anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, elsa78 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications providers, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, even if elsa78 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

elsa78's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

elsa78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Member against elsa78 through a bank or payment provider;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at elsa78 staff or other Members;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the prescribed time frame;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate the closure of an Account.

Upon Account closure, elsa78 will return any undisputed real-money balance (after deducting any outstanding bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) to the Member's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable time frame, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

Members may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under an international licence.

When material changes are made, elsa78 will provide Members with at least 14 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Member's Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11 above.
